Gnowit’s previous website was cluttered with informational text and had a lack of visuals. The visitors were overwhelmed with the information displayed, which was causing confusion for first time users regarding what the company was offering.
The Solution:
We reorganized the content on the website and used visual aids to assist the user experience. Text-heavy content which needed to remain on the Home page was concealed, and was made interactive and engaging for the end user. The website is also mobile friendly for Gnowit’s target market: busy professionals who are always on the move.
