Dominating the Market

With the release of the Galaxy S3, everyone was wowed.  It brought a new flavour to the Android world.  With the S3’s innovative technology, it wasn’t a surprise that it rose up to be the number one smartphone.  But it’s always hard being on top.  You have to make sure you’re still the fresh new thing and you’ve got to keep consistent with being exciting.

Too much work? Well Samsung doesn’t seem to think so.  This tech giant has definitely come a long way from selling noodles in a stand.  Maximizing on every spec and putting themselves out in the market, it’s looking like Samsung still has its seat on the smartphone throne.

Let’s Talk Marketing

One key factor Samsung has going for them is their massive marketing campaign.  Samsung released a successful advertisement featuring A-list actors during the recent Superbowl.

You can clearly see why Samsung’s smartphone became the number 1 sold phone in 2012.  The use of celebrities definitely makes you want to use a Samsung device.  I mean, come on, who doesn’t want to have the same phone as Lebron?

With their amazing marketing strategy and beautiful pieces of hardware, it looks like Samsung is going to be The Next Big Thing for a long time.
